On January 23, 1991, Bonita Krummel left her residence in Medford New Jersey and was never seen or heard from again. The following day her vehicle was recovered at a local library with her keys, identification, purse, credit cards, wedding ring, US currency and prescription medication in the vehicle. There was also a note in the vehicle that read, "I am sorry that it had to come to this but I can't go on another minute. Love you all. Love, Bonnie."

Bonita Krummel was 44 years old and suffered from Huntington's disease and at the time of her disappearance she had the disease for approximately six years. (Information retrieved from NamUs.gov)
