Vancouver woman's body identified four years after her disappearance
Our cold case database is in danger of no longer being maintained.
Ashanti Conde, a 27-year-old woman from Vancouver, went missing in February 2018. Her body was discovered in September 2021 and was identified in March 2022.
At the time of her disappearance, she was traveling with a man named Michael Conley, who was reported missing the following week. They were last seen leaving Brush Prairie in a Cadillac Sedan. Conley's body was found near the crashed vehicle in a rural area of Skamania County two weeks later. Despite multiple searches and tips, Conde's remains were only found after a three-year search.
The Vancouver Police Department has closed the missing person case, while the Skamania County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and Skamania County Coroner's Office are handling the details of her death.
