Circumstances: On June 3, 2004, a farmer in northern Switzerland county discovered the deceased and decomposing body of a Hispanic migrant worker in his tenant mobile home. The deceased, Arturo Castillo had lived in the trailer with two other Hispanic workers who were gone with their belongings. Efforts to positively identify and locate the other missing Hispanic migrant workers have not been successful.
