Arturo Armenta, Jr.'s life ended too soon at 23 years of age.

It was around 11:00 pm on Wednesday, 06/19/2013 when Arturo was killed. Police responded to the 3900 block of General Ogden Street in the Hollygrove neighborhood in New Orleans and found Arturo shot in the neck. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Authorities do not have a motive or a suspect at this time. This case is still open.
