The South Boston Police Department is currently investigating the disappearance of Angela Scott Owen. She is a white female approximately 39 years of age. She may also be known as Angela Scott Kilmon. She was last known to be in the South Boston, Virginia area in November 2015, shortly after Thanksgiving. She is on numerous medications for health issues and is believed to be missing under circumstances that lead police to believe that she may be in danger. Angela Owen is approximately 5'7" and weighs around 190 pounds with dark brown hair. She has numerous tattoos on her neck,wrist, and arms.
