What started as a wellness check on a member of a religious group quickly devolved into a horror story after investigators discovered a corpse of the group’s leader — called Mother God — dead.
The leader, Amy Carlson, was found wrapped up in a sleeping bag and adorned with the aforementioned fairy lights and glitter.
