A family member took Jose Espinoza to the Greyhound bus terminal at approximately 2200 hrs on 3/29/19 to pick up a bag that he thought he left there previously. He was traveling from Texas to Tampa with a transfer in Orlando. He missed his transfer in Orlando and he caught a cab with another passenger to another city. They went and pick him up from this location and brought him back to the Greyhound because he said he was missing a bag.
