Overview of Vincent Gartner

MP was on a pass from the U. S. Coast Guard and left his ship, the USCGC Boutwell on Thursday, 1/24/1980. He rented showshoes in Seattle and left his motorbike at the Greyhound Bus Depot. It was thought that he was going to Snoqualmie Pass. When he did not return as scheduled on the following Sunday, searches were conducted at both Snoqualmie and Stevens Passes.
