Overview of Patricia Eve Gaugler

Patricia Eve Gaugler was a daughter, sister, and friend. She was living in Richmond, Virginia but had planned on moving to live with her brother, Earl in Pottstown, Pennsylvania.

The details of Patricia's case are limited at best. Patricia was last seen at the Sunoco Gas Station along Interstate 95 around 3 pm. However, Patricia's body would be discovered later that evening when local firefighters would be called to extinguish a small brush fire. Investigators would find Patricia's body burned one mile west of Virginia 657 and 666. Patricia's car would be found on a dirt road by the fire. Patricia's body would be positively identified using dental x-rays sent from her hometown in Pottsville, PA. It remains unclear how Patricia ended up so far from Interstate 95.

Unfortunately, there was limited information available on Patricia's case. However, in January 2022, deputies from the Hanover County police department have asked the public to come forward with any information regarding Patricia's case.
