ON AUGUST 21ST, 2012 AT APPROXIMATELY 1811 HOURS LINDA OELSCHLAEGER WHO STATED SHE ARRIVED AT HER FATHERS (NEWTON WHIDDEN) RESIDENCE AND NOTICED HE WAS NOT HOME. SHE SAID WHEN SHE CALLED HIS CELL PHONE IT HAD BEEN LEFT AT THE A PHARMACY ON AUGUST 20TH, AROUND 1400 HOURS. NEWTON WHIDDEN IS DESCRIBED AS A WHITE MALE, 5'9, 130 LBS, GREY HAIR AND HAZEL EYES. HE MAY HAVE BEEN WEARING A LONG SLEEVE PLAID SHIRT WITH GOLD OR BROWN PAINTS. HE WAS TRAVELING IN A 2000 WHITE DODGE CARAVAN TIARRA FLORIDA TAG A183XI WITH FRONT BUMPER DAMAGE. ON AUGUST 23RD THE OKEECHOBEE COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE RECOVERED THE VEHICLE STUCK ON NE 96TH AVE UNOCCUPIED. THE WHEREABOUTS OF NEWTON WHIDDEN IS STILL UNKNOWN.
