On the afternoon of December 27, 1991, 4 year old Amanda Nicole Campbell left a friend's house with her older brother and a friend to ride their bicycles to another friend's house only eight doors down from their home. Amanda never arrived at her friend's home, and her bicycle was found abandoned a few blocks away from her home that evening.
