The missing person, Allen M. Peters, was last seen at the Foodland grocery store in Fairmont City, Illinois around 3:00 p.m. on 2/25/2016. Allen was observed running from the business towards a nearby swampy area. He was wearing a camouflage jacket, camouflage shirt, and blue jeans.
